Privacy Policy
BME Precision Technologies, LLC (“BME Precision” or “the mobile application” or “we” or “us”) owns and operates the mobile application game. We are committed to protecting your privacy and rights of our users (“users” or “you”). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you on how we obtain, store/use, and manage information gathered as a result of your use of the mobile application. This also includes your participation towards “Facebook” and “Twitter” posts message boards through the mobile application and any customer service responses that you wish to provide (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy is applicable only to information gathered from your use of this Service.
By using this Service, you are agreeing to the gathering and use of the personal information by the mobile application as outlined in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time, thus we encourage you to refer to this Privacy Policy frequently for updates. Any update will be mentioned with its last updated effective date.
Personal Information Collected and Used
The user information gathered as a result of using this Service is primarily used to provide you a better user experience when using the Service.
If you connect via “Facebook” to the mobile application you are granting the mobile application permission to gather and use the user information available via http://www.facebook.com (“Facebook”) in accordance with Facebook’s own policies and terms. See Facebook’s Privacy Policy.
If you connect via “Twitter” to the mobile application you are granting the mobile application permission to post to your “Twitter” account in accordance with Twitter’s own policies and terms.
“Personal information” is defined as information that can be used to identify or contact you (e.g. name, user name, Facebook ID, or email address). Personal information can be gathered via the use of this Service, a customer service response conveyed to the mobile application, participation in the Service’s forums or message boards, or the purchase of a virtual good offered by or through the Service. Other information, which may include but is not limited to your date-of-birth, gender, friends and acquaintances on Facebook, game/mobile application level achieved, high score(s) achieved, and other achievements maybe also be captured, stored, and used.
Additionally, aggregated information about Service usage can be collected and used for the purposes of improving the Service, research and statistical analysis.
Any information that is shared with other mobile application players within the game or through participation in the message board or forums is considered public and is at your own discretion. The mobile application has no control over, and is not liable for the use or dissemination of information that you convey to any other the mobile application player.
The user information provided to the mobile application will not be sold, leased, disclosed, distributed, or voluntarily provided to non-affiliated third parties. The mobile application may employ the use of a third party to provide online services, such as processing payments or displaying advertisement offers. Limited user information is provided to affiliated third parties through the use of the Service. Any information provided by the mobile application to a third party, which may include but is not limited to credit card information and other similar financial information (“Financial Information”) and billing address information, will be the responsibility of that third party as the mobile application does not have access to any of this additional information provided to the third parties.
Additional Disclosure
By using this Service, you understand the information that is collected and used may be disclosed to governmental or law enforcement agencies if the mobile application is required to do so by law or if the mobile application believes in the good faith that disclosing the information is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal processes, which may include but are not limited to court orders, search warrants, subpoenas, or statutes, or to protect the mobile application’s own personal rights and property, or that of the public. The mobile application is not required to question or contest the purpose or validity of a legal process.
Transfer of Ownership
In the event that there is a change in the majority ownership of BME Precision Technologies, LLC or the mobile application (e.g. sale, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, etc.) we reserve the right to transfer your user information to the new owner or assignee in accordance with applicable law, to continue effective use of the Service. In such an event, users will be notified of the transfer of user information to the best of the mobile application’s abilities and users will be subject to any changes in privacy policy.

The mobile application may contain links to other websites that we do not control. We make no representations about and are not responsible for the privacy policies of such other sites nor do we specifically endorse the content of those external websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of those external websites to familiarize yourself with how those other websites may collect and make use of your information.
Internet Cookies
An HTTP cookie is a small bit of information that is stored on a users computer by an Internet browser when a user visits a website or domain. The data stored within a cookie is used to recognize a user and remember the preferences of that user.
Cookies are used by the mobile application to help tailor content that best matches the user’s preferences, to enhance and simplify the use of the Service, and to collect anonymous, aggregated information about how users interact with the Service. Such aggregated information and statistics do not allow us to identify you personally in any way, but allow for faster processing and game play.
We may allow third parties to present advertisements to you through the Service. Some of the advertisements may use cookies that allow the advertiser to determine the number of anonymous users responding to a particular advertisement, along with other similar anonymous information. The mobile application is not responsible for the use and access of cookies placed by such advertisers.
You may decline the use of cookies by changing the settings in your Internet browser. Note that this may interfere with some of the content provided by the Service.
Information Security
The mobile application has established reasonable technical and organizational structural measures to protect your personal user information from accidental loss and unauthorized access and usage. However, we cannot guarantee that third parties will not breach these measures and gain access to your personal information nor can we guarantee that, in the event of a breach your personal information will not be used in an improper manner by another party. In case of a breach of our servers, the mobile application is not liable for any information loss, or damages.
Policy Regarding Children
- For: The Bird Book – an Interactive Storybook for Children: This application is intended for children under the age of 13 and does not collect information or show advertisements to the child. There is a parental gate on the home page which allows parents to access Social Media links “Twitter”, “Facebook”, and Email Sharing. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to access the parental gate and access the Social Media Links.
- For: Other BME Precision Mobile Applications : The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 and its use is prohibited unless authorized by a child’s parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this mobile application. We do not knowingly collect the information of children under the age of 13. If notified that information is being collected from children under the age of 13, we will make our best effort to remove the offending information immediately.
